You know the saying time flies when you're having fun? Well it pretty much just flies in general cause we’re in March already people! This has been both the longest and fastest few months I have experienced. And if these first three months have taught me anything, it's how quickly things can change in all areas of life. A Self Love Valentine’s Day

self love, valentines day, health, beauty

To me self love is essentially caring about your own well being and feeling happy about yourself in general. As Valentine's Day is this hugely marketed time where love for other people is a key focus, I thought why not take the opportunity to spend the day celebrating ourselves rather than other people. In my opinion, it's the furthest thing from bad.
