Looking to get into fitness? Same guys, same. Even though I've been going to the gym for a year now and a few classes before that, I'm still open to finding new ways to enjoy fitness and find the motivation to keep me going throughout the year.

Calling it a journey may be a bit of an exaggeration, it wasn't like I went through many obstacles and came through the other side. My personal journey was more of a change of mental mindset that started out slow and has grown over time until having completely changed my entire outlook of myself as a person.
